Prime Minister of Tatarstan Ildar Khalikov holds meeting in IT-park

Prime Minister of Tatarstan Ildar Khalikov held a working meeting dedicated to functioning of the unified state information system GLONASS+112.
Deputy Prime Minister - Head of the RT Cabinet Staff Shamil Gafarov, Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of informatization and communications Roman Shaikhutdinov, Minister of transport and road facilities Lenar Safin and other officials participated in the meeting.
The unified state information system GLONASS+112 is a complex decision that enables uniting work of all Tatarstan emergency services in a single information system. The system is meant to coordinate actions of emergency services if any road accidents or emergency situations occur.
Within the scope of the unified interdepartmental information environment it provides monitoring of workforce and means using a single cartographic base, automated processing of calls from the injured and routing of calls among various operative services, formation and processing of a single registration accident card for all services participating in liquidation of consequences.
Roman Shaikhutdinov told that 2097 of 3658 transport vehicles were provided with navigation equipment based on GLONASS and GLONASS/GPS.
Ildar Khalikov stressed that the unified monitoring system GLONASS+112 must be created in republic and functions of control over transport monitoring must be vest on the Ministry of informatization and communications.

In accordance with the Procedure for providing subsidies from the budget of Tatarstan in 2025 to telecom operators to reimburse costs associated with providing mobile radiotelephone services on sections of the M-12 and M-7 highways located in Tatarstan, approved by Resolution No. 1032 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Tatarstan dated 02.12.2025 (hereinafter referred to as the Procedure) and Order No. p/334 of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications dated 10.12.2025, the deadlines for submitting applications for subsidies from the budget of the republic have been established.
Digital Transformation Centre of Tatarstan reported that in 2025, Tatarstan completed a digital infrastructure upgrade, which affected server capacity, government employee workplaces, email services and video surveillance.
