On April 1, in Tatarstan, a service of obtaining digital permits that allow residents of the republic to leave the place of self-isolation was launched in the republic. At the same time, a contact centre helping users on emerging issues related to obtaining digital permits started to work. During this time, over 170,000 calls from residents of the republic have been received to the single hotline of the service.
