List of free Internet resources approved

Russian Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media has published a list of socially significant Internet resources that have become free until July 1.

Under the experiment, which will last three months, telecom operators will provide free access to these wesites even with zero balance in the subscriber’s account.

In total, the list includes 391 portals. They are divided into several categories: “Social networks”, “E-mail, instant messengers and cloud storage”, “Search”, “Weather”, “Online media and news aggregators”, “Culture, literature, art”, “Education and training” , "Science", "Sport" and others.

VKontakte, Odnoklassniki, Mail.ru, Yandex.Mail, 2 GIS, Litres, CyberLenink, etc. are among the Internet resources that have become free.  The list will be adjusted, but not more than once a week. A complete list is available on the official website of the relevant department.
