First Deputy Minister of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization appointed

Since April 1, 2020, Ilya Nachvin holds the post of First Deputy Minister of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications.
Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin signed a corresponding decree.
In this post, Nachvin will supervise the issues in information technology, including: the introduction of information and communication technologies (ICT) in government, development of state and municipal e-services and implementation of digital transformation projects, etc.
