Waiting lines on a first-come-first-served basis to disappear at Civil Registry Office

The electronic digital signature will release future newly married couples from early submission of applications to the Civil Registry Office. Such information was given by acting chief of the Department of Civil Registry Office of the RT Cabinet Boris Khafizov.
Republican citizens actively use the single portal of state and municipal services, in particular, the service of booking time and place for marriage registration. He mentioned that this service also enabled registering a written application.
Some alterations were made in the Federal Law about acts of civil status this year. If an application is submitted via the federal portal of state and municipal services using the electronic digital signature, the document is equal to a written application. Thus, future newly married couples can save time.
“We closely interact with the Ministry of informatization and communications on this issue,” he said.

In accordance with the Procedure for providing subsidies from the budget of Tatarstan in 2025 to telecom operators to reimburse costs associated with providing mobile radiotelephone services on sections of the M-12 and M-7 highways located in Tatarstan, approved by Resolution No. 1032 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Tatarstan dated 02.12.2025 (hereinafter referred to as the Procedure) and Order No. p/334 of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications dated 10.12.2025, the deadlines for submitting applications for subsidies from the budget of the republic have been established.
Digital Transformation Centre of Tatarstan reported that in 2025, Tatarstan completed a digital infrastructure upgrade, which affected server capacity, government employee workplaces, email services and video surveillance.
