Federal Service for Supervision in the Sphere of Telecom, Information Technologies and Mass Communications forms second multiplex

The federal contest commission for television and radio broadcasting has considered the bids for making up the second multiplex. Every channel made presentations before members of the commission.
The commission is comprised of Chief of the Federal Service for Supervision in the Sphere of Telecom, Information Technologies and Mass Communications Aleksandr Zharov, Vice speaker of the State Duma Sergei Zheleznyak, Chief editor of the magazine “Art of cinema” Daniil Dondurei, Advisor to UNESCO Director General for information and telecommunications Genrih Yushkyavichus.
Finally, the following channels received places in the second multiplex: REN TV, TV Center, СТС, “Domashny”, “Sport 1”, “Sport plus”, “Mir”, “Zvezda”, TNT and MUZ TV.
To the point, according to the President’s Decree 2009, the first multiplex includes “Channel One Russia”, “Russia 1”, NTV, “5th channel”, “Russia 2”, “Karusel”, ”Russia 24”, “Culture”.
On December 11, Moscow hosted this year's important IT events: the awards ceremony for the winners of the "Sprint to the Future - Code of Success!" award and the Sprint 2.0 Accelerator Demo Day.
In accordance with the Procedure for providing subsidies from the budget of Tatarstan in 2025 to telecom operators to reimburse costs associated with providing mobile radiotelephone services on sections of the M-12 and M-7 highways located in Tatarstan, approved by Resolution No. 1032 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Tatarstan dated 02.12.2025 (hereinafter referred to as the Procedure) and Order No. p/334 of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications dated 10.12.2025, the deadlines for submitting applications for subsidies from the budget of the republic have been established.
Digital Transformation Centre of Tatarstan reported that in 2025, Tatarstan completed a digital infrastructure upgrade, which affected server capacity, government employee workplaces, email services and video surveillance.
