Work of government agencies in the system of interdepartmental interaction has become worse

Activity of RT government agencies in the system of interdepartmental interaction has become worse in November 2012, Vice-premier and Minister of informatization and communications Roman Shaikhutdinov said at a weekly session at the RT Cabinet.
He informed that on November 15-23 the RT Ministry of economy conducted field check of the quality of rendered municipal services in 14 republican regions.
Roman Shaikhutdinov noted that rude attitude to citizens was most common violation.
“Unsatisfactory activity in terms of rendering state services was revealed in Pestrechinsky, Laichevsky, Atninsky, Zelenodolsk and Verkhneuslonsky regions,” he said.
“The Ministry recommends heads of municipal regions to organize testing for specialists to assess their knowledge of legislation, and administrative regulations, provide necessary information on the stands. To reduce long queues we recommend fixing reception days at least four times a week,” Roman Shaikhutdinov said.

The Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov approved the decision of Tatarstan government to allocate 55.3 million roubles from the regional budget to support 2,300 employees of rural postal offices in 2026.
A new practice tool for preparing for the USE has been launched on the State Services Portal (Gosuslugi)l. It allows students to reinforce their knowledge and practice solving typical exam tasks.
Since September 2024, Tatarstan residents could receive rewards through the "People’s Inspector" app for reporting traffic violations. During this period, over 12,000 reports were submitted across seven paid categories, earning citizens a total of 5.6 million roubles. The top earner was a resident of the republic who submitted 226 reports and received 275,000 roubles. The second-highest earner earned 260,800 roubles for 209 reports.
