The electronic document management system presented to Chairman of Turkmenistan Majlis

Chairman of Turkmenistan Majlis Akdzha Nurberdyeva visited IT-park within the framework of her visit to Tatarstan. She was accompanied by Deputy Chairman of the Tatarstan State Council Rimma Ratnikova.
Guests were met by Deputy Minister of informatization and communications Anatoly Geller and Deputy Director of High Technology Technopark IT-park Iskander Dinislamov.
IT-park infrastructure was presented to the guests. They also learnt about second IT-park in Naberezhnye Chelny and saw Data center.
Ms Akdzha Nurberdyeva got familiar with the electronic document management system at business incubator.More than 30 thousand users currently work in the system.
“Development of the system started in 2005. Since 2009 all republican ministries and agencies have sent documents in electronic format. For now, all ministries, agencies, municipalities, government and municipal institutions and several profit organisations are connected to the system,” Anatoly Geller explained.

On December 11, Moscow hosted this year's important IT events: the awards ceremony for the winners of the "Sprint to the Future - Code of Success!" award and the Sprint 2.0 Accelerator Demo Day.
In accordance with the Procedure for providing subsidies from the budget of Tatarstan in 2025 to telecom operators to reimburse costs associated with providing mobile radiotelephone services on sections of the M-12 and M-7 highways located in Tatarstan, approved by Resolution No. 1032 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Tatarstan dated 02.12.2025 (hereinafter referred to as the Procedure) and Order No. p/334 of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications dated 10.12.2025, the deadlines for submitting applications for subsidies from the budget of the republic have been established.
Digital Transformation Centre of Tatarstan reported that in 2025, Tatarstan completed a digital infrastructure upgrade, which affected server capacity, government employee workplaces, email services and video surveillance.
