“People’s control” system presented to Russian Minister of ecology Sergei Donskoi

Russian Minister of natural resources and ecology Sergei Donskoi and Tatarstan’s Minister of ecology and natural resources Artem Sidorov have visited the Kazan IT-park.
Guests were met by Deputy PM and Minister of informatization and communications Roman Shaikhutdinov.
Sergei Donskoi was told about the history of IT-park, selection of residents for Business incubator and Data center.
At the regional center of space services GLONASS+112 state information systems “State ecological control” and “Monitoring of places of unauthorized waste disposal”, “People’s control” were presented to the guests.
“People’s control” project was launched in April 2012. Citizens can send brief information about problems, attach a picture and make marks on the map. Then, the message is redirected to the executing agency. Any citizen can support the request and make comments. Finally, the executive agency passes resolution available to all registered users.
To the point, Russian Minister of natural resources and ecology Sergei Donskoi arrived in Kazan today. He has met with the Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, and opened VII All-Russia congress of geologists.

Since September 2024, Tatarstan residents could receive rewards through the "People’s Inspector" app for reporting traffic violations. During this period, over 12,000 reports were submitted across seven paid categories, earning citizens a total of 5.6 million roubles. The top earner was a resident of the republic who submitted 226 reports and received 275,000 roubles. The second-highest earner earned 260,800 roubles for 209 reports.
