Kazan IT-park celebrates three-year anniversary
23 October 2012, Tuesday
First high technology park in Russia opened three years ago. Since then, the Kazan IT-park has become the leading IT center in Russia. The task faced by the Russian and Tatarstan leadership to reach the self-financing level was fulfilled in 2011 when the total revenue of 64 residents made 2,9 bln roubles.
If the development rates are the same, IT-park will return this money in the form of taxes by 2014. Thus, the payback period will make 5 years.
“Looking back, I can say that it has been a period of wins and achievements. We have come through the way from half empty building of technopark to high-performance organisation. Products developed by the residents enjoy stable demand all over the world. It is important that people appreciate our work in Russia. According to the Russian Ministry of communications, IT-park has been acknowledged the best technopark in Russia for two years on end,” Dinar Nasyrov said.
Today, IT-park is among the most high-performance company in Russia.
We congratulate the staff and residents of the Kazan IT-park on birthday and wish new wins!
