Rustam Minnikhanov meets with co-owner of “Osnova Telecom” Vitaly Yusufov

President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov has met with co-owner of telecommunication company “Osnova Telecom” Vitaly Yusufov.
The meeting was held at the Tatarstan Government House with participation of Deputy PM and Minister of informatization and communications Roman Shaikhutdinov, Aide to the Tatarstan President Airat Khairullin, Director General of OAO “Tattelekom” Lutfulla Shafigullin.
Issues of development of telecommunications industry in Tatarstan, including development of wireless networks, have been discussed at the meeting.
To the point, Vitaly Yusufov is on a working trip in Kazan. He has already visited high technology technopark “IT-park” and conducted negotiations with the Tatarstan Minister of informatization and communications.
On December 11, Moscow hosted this year's important IT events: the awards ceremony for the winners of the "Sprint to the Future - Code of Success!" award and the Sprint 2.0 Accelerator Demo Day.
In accordance with the Procedure for providing subsidies from the budget of Tatarstan in 2025 to telecom operators to reimburse costs associated with providing mobile radiotelephone services on sections of the M-12 and M-7 highways located in Tatarstan, approved by Resolution No. 1032 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Tatarstan dated 02.12.2025 (hereinafter referred to as the Procedure) and Order No. p/334 of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications dated 10.12.2025, the deadlines for submitting applications for subsidies from the budget of the republic have been established.
Digital Transformation Centre of Tatarstan reported that in 2025, Tatarstan completed a digital infrastructure upgrade, which affected server capacity, government employee workplaces, email services and video surveillance.
