IT-park is looking for “new Mark Zuckerbergs”

Rebecca Neff, Chief of the Trade and Investment Unit, of the Economic Section of the USA Embassy in Russia visited the Kazan IT-park. She was met by Director of GAU “High Technology Technopark “IT-park” Dinar Nasyrov.
Rebecca Neff visited Data center and Business incubator. She also met with First deputy minister of informatization and communications Yuri Bagrov. New IT project - the Innopolis city was presented to Chief of the Trade and Investment Unit at the meeting.
Speaking about IT-park concept, Rebecca Neff asked what was the main task faced by its residents.
“Development of new IT solutions should make 70 % of residents’ activity, sales should make only 30 %,” Dinar Nasyrov answered.

On December 11, Moscow hosted this year's important IT events: the awards ceremony for the winners of the "Sprint to the Future - Code of Success!" award and the Sprint 2.0 Accelerator Demo Day.
In accordance with the Procedure for providing subsidies from the budget of Tatarstan in 2025 to telecom operators to reimburse costs associated with providing mobile radiotelephone services on sections of the M-12 and M-7 highways located in Tatarstan, approved by Resolution No. 1032 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Tatarstan dated 02.12.2025 (hereinafter referred to as the Procedure) and Order No. p/334 of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications dated 10.12.2025, the deadlines for submitting applications for subsidies from the budget of the republic have been established.
Digital Transformation Centre of Tatarstan reported that in 2025, Tatarstan completed a digital infrastructure upgrade, which affected server capacity, government employee workplaces, email services and video surveillance.
