World post day to be celebrated in Tatarstan

The World post day is celebrated in Tatarstan on October 9. The campaign for cancellation of envelopes using a special post stamp dated to the 80th anniversary of the Kazan electrical technical communication school will be held within the framework of this holiday.
Celebrations will take place on October 9 in Bauman street at 10-12 a.m.
The World post day is the international holiday celebrated within the UNO. The World post union was founded this day in 1874. At the 16th Congress of the World post union in Tokyo (1969) it was decided to celebrate the post day on October 9. It unites countries and peoples and favours overall prosperity.

In accordance with the Procedure for providing subsidies from the budget of Tatarstan in 2025 to telecom operators to reimburse costs associated with providing mobile radiotelephone services on sections of the M-12 and M-7 highways located in Tatarstan, approved by Resolution No. 1032 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Tatarstan dated 02.12.2025 (hereinafter referred to as the Procedure) and Order No. p/334 of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications dated 10.12.2025, the deadlines for submitting applications for subsidies from the budget of the republic have been established.
Digital Transformation Centre of Tatarstan reported that in 2025, Tatarstan completed a digital infrastructure upgrade, which affected server capacity, government employee workplaces, email services and video surveillance.
