A chatbot, being tested on the Official Portal of Tatarstan State Services, can analyze user questions, find the information they need and have a dialogue both independently and with the help of an operator.
Chatting with the bot is available for authorized users of the Portal uslugi.tatarstan.ru in a special dialog box. After entering a question of interest, for example, an automatic response is generated.
Due to chatbot auto-replies, message processing time is reduced to 36 per cent.
