Residents of Innopolis were informed about the benefits of a special tax regime for self-employed citizens

Representatives of the Ministry of Informatization and Communication of the republic and the Department of the Federal Tax Service of Tatarstan together with the mayor’s office of the city of high technology “Innopolis” held a meeting, at which they informed the Innopolis residents about a simplified new tax regime for self-employed citizens and individual entrepreneurs, namely, a professional income tax. Employees of the resident companies of Innopolis, students of the Russian IT university and local residents became the guests of the meeting.

Professional income tax is a special tax regime implemented in four pilot regions - the Republic of Tatarstan, Moscow and the Moscow and Kaluga regions from January 1, 2019.
