Roman Shaikhutdinov is taking part in WorldSkills Abu Dhabi 2017

Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan – Minister of Information and Communications Roman Shaikhutdinov is on a working visit to Abu Dhabi (United Arab Emirates), where WorldSkills Abu Dhabi 2017 is being held from the 14th to 19th of October.
More than 1,200 contestants and 1,500 experts from 76 countries are competing in 52 different vocational skills, including construction, IT, art and design, industrial production, service sector and public transport servicing facilities.
The Russian national team includes 58 young people from 22 regions, including eight participants from Tatarstan, who will compete in seven vocational skills.

On November 27, "Technopark in the sphere of high technologies "IT Park" and Globus IT, a leading Russian integrator, signed a strategic agreement to establish a joint laboratory for training IT specialists, focused on building project teams for specific business needs. Director of "IT Park" Ruslan Vlasov and CEO of Globus IT Pavel Korotkiy with the support of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization, represented by Deputy Minister of Digitalization of the republic Bulat Gabdrakhmanov signed the document, which lays the foundation for a fundamentally new approach to technology education.
