Roman Shaikhutdinov speaks at business forum in Japan

On October 1-2, with the official Russian delegation headed by Deputy Chairman of Russian Government Arkady Dvorkovich, Minister of Information and Communications of the Republic of Tatarstan Roman Shaikhutdinov was on a working visit in Japan.

The main purpose of the visit was participation in the annual Science and Technology in Society (STS) forum in Kyoto. STS forum is a place for open informal discussions that helps solving global problems by using science and technology.

Roman Shaikhutdinov took part in the meetings of Arkady Dvorkovich with Prime Minister of Japan Shinzō Abe, Chairman and founder of the forum Kōji Omi. Also, Rustam Minnikhanov met representatives of RIKEN institute, the Japan Science and Technology Agency and the Mitsubishi Research Institute.
