Russian President Vladimir Putin promised to visit the Kazan Technical College of Information Technologies and Communication during his participation in the BRICS summit next year. Part of BRICS events will be held in this educational institution in Kazan in October 2024.

MTS, a digital ecosystem, has launched a high-speed mobile Internet on the territory of the historical complex «Island-town of Sviyazhsk» in the village of the same name Zelenodolsk region. The operator installed new LTE equipment here, as well as optimized the operation of the existing network in nearby settlements, which allowed to increase the speed of mobile Internet for residents and tourists by 30 percent.

Participants of the event will be informed about the admission rules and admission conditions, specialties and features of training at the technical school, and will be given a tour of the technical school and dormitory with a visit to the Training Ground of the Russian Federation national team for professional skills.

On December 11, 2023, in order to assess the quality of the communication services provided and to identify problem areas on the territory of the republic, the State and Municipal Services Portal of Tatarstan launched a customer satisfaction survey with communication services in Tatarstan. On December 9, the official voting day for the Chairman of the regional “Council of the First” from “The movement of the First” took place, where every schoolchild of Tatarstan was able to take part and give official vote online. This is the first experience when the child leader will appear in the republic: he will represent Tatarstan throughout the country.
