In accordance with RF President’s order, All-Russia day of reception of citizens is annually held on December 12, on the Day of Constitution of the Russian Federation.
Tatarstan Ministry of Information and Communication informs that according to Radio and television broadcasting centre of the Republic of Tatarstan, in order to increase the quality of digital TV signal, parameters of TV programmes will be changed in Russia and Tatarstan on December 10, 2013. Therefore, you are recommended to carry out channel search again.
