For three years 91, 000 electronic applications to kindergartens have been submitted via portal of state services uslugi.tatarstаn.ru.
In January 2014 employees of medical institutions started working in the Unified state information system “Electronic health care of the Republic of Tatarstan”. 12, 000 specialists passed special training and received certificates. The training programme was organized by the Centre of competence and Centre of information technologies of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The Unified state information system “Electronic health care of the Republic of Tatarstan” is being implemented at all Tatarstan medical institutions to make the process of booking doctor’s appointment easier and coordinate work of specialists.

151, 000 payments for the sum of 180 million roubles were made on the portal uslugi.tatarstan.ru last month. The sum of payments has increased twice for one year.
In February 2014 22, 000 requests were sent to the regional system of interdepartmental interaction. The most popular information provider is Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography.
Meetings and fund-raising campaigns are being held in many Russian regions to support multi-ethnic people of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea. Employees of Tatarstan Ministry of Information and Communication also decided to support Crimean and transferred their daily salaries to the account of charity foundation “Ak Bars Sozidanie”.

Tatarstan Ministry of Information and Communication will organize open data hackathon for programmers and contests for designers and journalists to promote applied open data solutions.
Selection round for educational grants for MA programme Software Engineering was held in Kazan in March. 34 candidates took part in the event. They were interviewed by representatives of IT companies, such as Mail.ru, NVision GROUP, Acronis, Futjitsu GDC, Bars Group, Informatica, and rector of Innopolis University Aleksandr Tormasov.

Rails Girls, a world-known training for girls in the sphere of development of applications using Ruby Programming Language started at Kazan IT park on March 15. About 100 girls from Kazan, Ulianovsk, and other town came to Kazan to create their own blogs.
