On November 3, during a working visit to Moscow, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with President, Chairman of the Board of Sberbank Herman Gref. During the meeting Tatarstan Minister of Digitalization Ayrat Khayrullin itroduced to the meeting participants a service "My Subsidies".

Russian Ministry of Digital Development has approved the list of settlements to be connected to the Internet and cellular communications. It includes 755 Tatarstan villages and rural places from all 43 regions of the republic.

On October 30, submitting of applications for participation in the personal digital certificate programme finished. According to the results of the selection campaign, Tatarstan became the absolute leader among the participating regions.

All Russian state universities will be able to connect to the super service "Online admission to a university", and applicants can submit documents to selected higher education institutions remotely. In 2021, there will be at least 135 remote-accessible universities.

On October 30, Tatarstan Minister of Digitalization Ayrat Khayrullin, Head of Tatarstan President’s Administration Asgat Safarov, Commissioner for Human Rights in the republic Sariya Saburskaya, Director General of Dialog Company Vladimir Tabak and Aide to Tatarstan President Marat Muratov took part in a solemn opening of the Regional Control Centre (RCC) at the People’s Control System.

Three new categories have been added to the People’s control system in the Solid municipal waste area. Now residents can apply in 64 categories related to land improvement, health care, housing and utility services, etc.

On October 15, an application campaign for obtaining personal digital certificates started in Tatarstan. Over the past week, 3,393 residents of the republic have already registered in the programme. The submittance of applications will continue until October 30.
