On September 18, at the Bashir Rameev IT-park in Kazan, Tatarstan Minister of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications Ayrat Khayrullin had a working meeting with khokim of the Chirchik city of the Tashkent region Davron Khidoyatov, which was held under the visit of Uzbekistan delegation to Tatarstan on issues of strengthening cooperation. During the visit, Khidoyatov will also visit Innopolis Special Economic Zone, Khimgrad Technopolis, Alabuga Special Economic Zone and a number of enterprises of the republic.

The winners of the All-Russian hackathon of the project “Digital Breakthrough. Season: Artificial Intelligence” under the presidential platform “Russia – a land of opportunities” were awarded in Nizhny Novgorod. At the end of the hackathon, 30 winning teams shared a prize fund of 10,000,000 roubles. Organized by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, the hackathon is held under the federal project “Artificial Intelligence” of the national project “Digital Economy”.
Tatarstan launched a free service for exchanging things and goods “Exchange Time”. The application was developed by the residents of the Kazan IT Park – Evoteka digital agency. In the service you can exchange cars, equipment, clothes, shoes, sports goods, furniture and many other things.

The event is dedicated to Programmer's Day in Russia. The All-Russian dictation on information technologies is held for the sixth time. During this time, “IT dictation” has proven to be an efficient tool for determining the level of digital literacy of the population. According to the results of last year, the IT dictation attracted more than 230 thousand participants.
