On the eve of the May weekend and holiday season, Mobile TeleSystems strengthened the network near the sights of the city, which are points of attraction both for guests of Kazan and for the citizens themselves. Mobile Internet has become faster throughout the standard tourist route in the city center in the Kazan Kremlin area, as well as in the areas where the most beautiful views are opened - on the sightseeing platform near the Family Center and on the ferris wheel near the «Riviera».

In two weeks since the start of the Digital Professions project, more than 10,000 people have already submitted applications for training through the State Services Portal. The most popular were courses in the testing engineer, web designer, Python developer and the basics of software testing.

On April 27-28, an online-conference of the BRICS Cooperation Alliance on vocational education and training, organized by the Department of Vocational Education and Vocational Training of the People's Republic of China took place and was attended by representatives of colleges, enterprises, industry organizations and research institutes.

On April 27, the new director of «Tatarstan Pochtasy Post Service» branch of the Russian Post Ilnur Makhmutov visited International Competence Centre – the Kazan Technical College of Information Technologies and Communications, where he got acquainted with a training class on the study of postal communication and met teachers of special disciplines, the press service of the technical college reports.

The fifth wave of learning has started on the School 21 campus in Kazan. More than 10,000 applications were submitted during the entire winter recruitment, and 280 of the most successful participants completed basic training.

Employers shared up-to-date information about vacancies, internships and places of practice, the press service of the educational institution reports.

On April 27 at 10:00 a.m. a webinar in the direction of "Digital technologies in public administration" will be held. The event will be held on the eve of the Kazan Digital Week forum.

Today, IT technologies have reached a level that allows government agencies to interact directly with society. It is possible to monitor what is happening in the city in real time, predict development and, together with citizens, determine ways to improve the quality of life of the population.

Under the Year of Digitalization in Tatarstan, Lessons of Digit are held monthly. They are dedicated to increasing the level of Internet literacy of children and the social media behaviour, the study of new technologies, as well as issues related to Internet bullying.

On April 27-29, Kazan State Power Engineering University with the support of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization under the work on increasing the level of digital maturity of regional  enterprises will host advanced training courses on the programme "Technologies for establishing smart enterprise".
