Russian Minister of Sports visits the new IT park named after Bashir Rameev
On October 20, Russian Minister of Sports Oleg Matytsin together with Minister of Education of the Russian Federation Sergey Kravtsov, Minister of Digitalization of Tatarstan Ayrat Khayrullin, Minister of Sports of the republic Vladimir Leonov visited the new IT park named after Bashir Rameev.
The main purpose of the visit was to get acquainted with the infrastructure of the IT park venue in preparation for the large-scale event "Games of the Future" in the city of Kazan. The first high-tech competitions combining sports disciplines in the real and virtual world will be held in 15 disciplines, which will include classic sports, e-sports, virtual and augmented reality competitions, as well as disciplines based on 21st century technologies.
During the visit, Russian Minister of Sports got acquainted with the main locations of the building, including the largest innovative platform in the Volga region «Cyberpark Arena», Children’s IT Park, «Digital Library» (co-working) and a platform for the development of start-up projects “Startup Hub”.
