On July 19, speaking at a briefing at the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, Tatarstan Minister of Digitalization Ayrat Khayrullin informed about new state and municipal e-services of Tatarstan and about innovations in this sphere.

One of the priority tasks of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization is a full, high-quality and convenient provision of services to residents of the republic.

A special work format of the offices of multifunctional centers, established on April 13, will continue operating in Tatarstan.

During the spread of coronavirus infection, residents can apply to My Documents offices using an expired passport to receive services.

On April 20, the Multifunctional Centres of Tatarstan started submitting the applications for payments in the amount of 5,000 rubles for children under three. 

An online survey to choose the priority public spaces, parks, squares, embankments, streets and other territories to be improved in 2020 under the Formation of a comfortable urban environment programme and the public spaces of Tatarstan was launched on the Portal of State Services of the republic.

People's Inspector mobile application received over 80,000 appeals on violation of traffic rules in 2018. The applications were considered and over 70 per cent of road traffic offenders were imposed fines.
