Services at the Multifunctional centre are temporarily available on an expired passport

During the spread of coronavirus infection, residents can apply to My Documents offices using an expired passport to receive services.
This is possible if the document expires in the period from February,1 to July, 15, 2020. Until this date, the document is considered valid in accordance with the Decree of Russian President dated 18.04.2020 N 275.
Reissue of such a passport during the “amnesty overdue” period, no fee will be charged. You can apply for its reissue to the multifunctional centre.
