Now it has become easier to register biometric data online due to the new AI assistant. Artificial intelligence analyzes the video stream in real time and gives the user hints for successful completion of the registration procedure.

The unified biometric system provides access to various services: contactless payment, travel on public transport, remote business opening, service at the MFC, check-in at a hotel without a passport and other services.

Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a law on the creation of a national messenger, which will be integrated with government services. Tatarstan became a pilot region for the implementation of this new platform.

This decision is due to the high level of digitalization of the republic, which has been recognized as a leader among Russian regions in this indicator. Tatarstan Minister of Digitalization Ayrat Khayrullin noted: "This initiative opens a new stage in the development of domestic digital infrastructure. Our region has the necessary infrastructure and competencies accumulated over the years of successful implementation of digital projects."

At the State Services portal, students of grades 8-11 can apply for free two-year programming courses. The training is carried out under the "Code of the Future" project, which is organized under the auspices of the federal project "Development of IT Industry Human Resources Potential" of the national project "Digital Economy". Russian Ministry of Digital Development is working on enabling Rutube users to verify their account through the State Services Portal, the Ministry reported. Users and content authors can register on the platform in the usual way, and verify their account by filling out a form in their personal account.
