On March 10, during his visit to Innopolis, Tatarstan Minister of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications Ayrat Khayrullin addressed to Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko with initiative to create a virtual special economic zone on the basis of the Regional Centre of Information Technologies and Communications to promote regional digital services.

Tatarstan software developers can apply for a subsidy from the federal budget until October 16.
