Boris Gryzlov visited Technopark in the sphere of high technologies “IT-park”

Chairman of State Duma of Federal Assembly Boris Gryzlov visited Technopark in the sphere of high technologies “IT-park” in Kazan. He was accompanied by RT President Rustam Minnikhanov. Director of GAU “Technopark in the sphere of high technologies “IT-park” Dinar Nasyrov presented IT-park for guests. He told about the structure of IT-park, residents and projects being realized there.
By words of Dinar Nasyrov one of main features of IT-park is that preference is given to Russian companies engaged into development of their own software products and having projects of software adoption.
Presenting projects “Electronic Tatarstan” and “Electronic Government” Dinar Nasyrov informed: the task is set before republican IT-sector to develop and increase production volumes. Within 5-7 years it is planned to increase the share of IT-sector in gross regional product from 3,5 % to 7-10 %. To realize this attraction of large number of highly qualified specialists (about 20 000 people) is needed. Improvement of living standards may create incentives for them – it is planned to build IT-village near Kazan. Tatarstan is ready to provide social infrastructure of the project at the expense of its own budget and attraction of federal funds. 1400 hectares of land were reserved for the project. Construction of IT-village is to be started in 2011.
Dinar Nasyrov also told about rendering state services to citizens and business in electronic format.
Guests also got acquainted with capabilities of system for coordination of injured people “GLONASS+112”, visited Business incubator recently opened on the territory of IT-park for start-up projects. There Boris Gryzlov learnt about projects of resident companies and left his autograph on the wall meant for memorable notes of honorable guests.
The International Competence Centre – the Kazan Technical College of Information Technologies and Communications invites graduates, their parents and all interested individuals to the Open Day event.

The Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov approved the decision of Tatarstan government to allocate 55.3 million roubles from the regional budget to support 2,300 employees of rural postal offices in 2026.
A new practice tool for preparing for the USE has been launched on the State Services Portal (Gosuslugi)l. It allows students to reinforce their knowledge and practice solving typical exam tasks.
Since September 2024, Tatarstan residents could receive rewards through the "People’s Inspector" app for reporting traffic violations. During this period, over 12,000 reports were submitted across seven paid categories, earning citizens a total of 5.6 million roubles. The top earner was a resident of the republic who submitted 226 reports and received 275,000 roubles. The second-highest earner earned 260,800 roubles for 209 reports.
