Igor Shegolev: Tatarstan experience in creating ICT-system for Universiade to be used on holding major international events in Russia

Modern ICT system that will let solving all tasks set by FISU should be created in Tatarstan Republic by Universiade-2013, RF Minister of communications and mass media Igor Shegolev said to journalists after the meeting in IT-park. In the meeting also took part RT President Rustam Minnikhanov, RT Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov, Deputy PM-Minister of info and communications Nikolai Nikiforov, representatives of RF Ministry of communications.
According to Igor Shegolev the ICT system that is being developed in Tatarstan should be completely convenient for judges, sportsmen, service staff, and spectators, so that guests see high level of IT development in Russia.
The Minister noted that after Universiade the system and gained experience will be used on holding other major international events in Russia.

The Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov approved the decision of Tatarstan government to allocate 55.3 million roubles from the regional budget to support 2,300 employees of rural postal offices in 2026.
A new practice tool for preparing for the USE has been launched on the State Services Portal (Gosuslugi)l. It allows students to reinforce their knowledge and practice solving typical exam tasks.
Since September 2024, Tatarstan residents could receive rewards through the "People’s Inspector" app for reporting traffic violations. During this period, over 12,000 reports were submitted across seven paid categories, earning citizens a total of 5.6 million roubles. The top earner was a resident of the republic who submitted 226 reports and received 275,000 roubles. The second-highest earner earned 260,800 roubles for 209 reports.
