Experience of Tatarstan in the sphere of implementing electronic documents circulation to be used in Sverdlovsk region

Tatarstan unified interdepartmental system of electronic documents circulation may be implemented in Sverdlovsk region. The Governor Aleksandr Misharin expressed interest towards this system when delegation of Sverdlovsk region visited technopark in the sphere of high technologies “IT-park”. Delegation was accompanied by RT President Rustam Minnikhanov and Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov.
Apple iPad with installed application “Mobile office” was demonstrated to Aleksandr Misharin. Using this application Tatarstan leaders work in the system of electronic documents circulation, send and received correspondence, leave voice assignments and written resolutions at any time in any place. Currently about 18 000 state officials are using the system.
The system of electronic documents circulation was developed by one of the residents of IT-park and arouses interest in other Russian regions. Currently works on system implementation are carried out in RF Government office and Moscow government.

The Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov approved the decision of Tatarstan government to allocate 55.3 million roubles from the regional budget to support 2,300 employees of rural postal offices in 2026.
A new practice tool for preparing for the USE has been launched on the State Services Portal (Gosuslugi)l. It allows students to reinforce their knowledge and practice solving typical exam tasks.
Since September 2024, Tatarstan residents could receive rewards through the "People’s Inspector" app for reporting traffic violations. During this period, over 12,000 reports were submitted across seven paid categories, earning citizens a total of 5.6 million roubles. The top earner was a resident of the republic who submitted 226 reports and received 275,000 roubles. The second-highest earner earned 260,800 roubles for 209 reports.
