Government officials to bear administrative responsibility for unreasonable claiming for documents while rendering state services

“Ministry of economy and regional development prepared amendments into legislation that imply introduction of administrative responsibility of government officials for unreasonable claiming for documents containing personal data from citizens while rendering state services”, - Deputy Head of the institution Oleg Fomichev announced at the session of Council for regional informatization.
The third session of Council for regional informatization was held under chairmanship of RF Minister of communications Igor Shegolev.
Members of Council from RF subjects, officials of RF Government office, Russian Ministry of communications, Ministry of economy and regional development and other state authorities took part in the session. Tatarstan Republic was presented by Deputy PM - Minister of info and communications Nikolai Nikiforov.
Oleg Fomichev reminded that from July, 1 2011 authorities should stop claiming documents from citizens which other authorities already have. “It is inadmissible to claim for documents containing personal data and we suggest providing administrative responsibility for such unreasonable actions”, - he said.
RF Minister of communications Igor Shegolev supports introduction of such measures.
Deputy Head of Ministry of economy and regional development Oleg Fomichev informed that the ministry suggests determining a list of documents that still have to be provided by a citizen for state authorities.

The Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov approved the decision of Tatarstan government to allocate 55.3 million roubles from the regional budget to support 2,300 employees of rural postal offices in 2026.
A new practice tool for preparing for the USE has been launched on the State Services Portal (Gosuslugi)l. It allows students to reinforce their knowledge and practice solving typical exam tasks.
Since September 2024, Tatarstan residents could receive rewards through the "People’s Inspector" app for reporting traffic violations. During this period, over 12,000 reports were submitted across seven paid categories, earning citizens a total of 5.6 million roubles. The top earner was a resident of the republic who submitted 226 reports and received 275,000 roubles. The second-highest earner earned 260,800 roubles for 209 reports.
