Ildar Khalikov: “Main criteria of successful transfer of state services to electronic format is their being in demand”

February,10. Prime Minister of Tatarstan Ildar Khalikov held meeting “On course of realizing the plan of transfer to rendering state, municipal and socially significant services in electronic format in RT”.
Opening the event, Head of Government noted that work on rendering state and municipal services in electronic format in Tatarstan has been already carried out before. But special feature of work in 2011is that core ministries are responsible for organization of this process.
Prime Minister noted that rendering state and municipal services in electronic format simplifies the process of receiving these services by citizens and business. It also brings serious economic effect.
Head of RT Government put much emphasis on popularization of rendering state services in electronic format.
Tatarstan Prime Minister informed that currently 52 regions in Russia use republican projects in terms of rendering state services in electronic format.
Vice-premier – RT Minister of info and communications Nikolai Nikiforov told in details about stages and process of transferring state services to electronic format.
The International Competence Centre – the Kazan Technical College of Information Technologies and Communications invites graduates, their parents and all interested individuals to the Open Day event.

The Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov approved the decision of Tatarstan government to allocate 55.3 million roubles from the regional budget to support 2,300 employees of rural postal offices in 2026.
A new practice tool for preparing for the USE has been launched on the State Services Portal (Gosuslugi)l. It allows students to reinforce their knowledge and practice solving typical exam tasks.
Since September 2024, Tatarstan residents could receive rewards through the "People’s Inspector" app for reporting traffic violations. During this period, over 12,000 reports were submitted across seven paid categories, earning citizens a total of 5.6 million roubles. The top earner was a resident of the republic who submitted 226 reports and received 275,000 roubles. The second-highest earner earned 260,800 roubles for 209 reports.
