Roman Shaikhutdinov speaks at session on improving traffic safety in the Republic of Tatarstan

On December 10, at Tatarstan Government House Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov, Chairman of State Council of the republic Farid Mukhametshin and heads of municipalities took part in a joint meeting of Tatarstan Cabinet of Ministers and Ministry of Internal Affairs on improving traffic safety in the Republic of Tatarstan and decreasing the number of road accidents.
Tatarstan Minister of Information and Communications Roman Shaikhutdinov made a report on monitoring of passenger transportations using the unified state information system GLONASS+112, implementation of ERA- GLONASS system in the republic and State information system “Public inspector”.

In accordance with the Procedure for providing subsidies from the budget of Tatarstan in 2025 to telecom operators to reimburse costs associated with providing mobile radiotelephone services on sections of the M-12 and M-7 highways located in Tatarstan, approved by Resolution No. 1032 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Tatarstan dated 02.12.2025 (hereinafter referred to as the Procedure) and Order No. p/334 of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications dated 10.12.2025, the deadlines for submitting applications for subsidies from the budget of the republic have been established.
Digital Transformation Centre of Tatarstan reported that in 2025, Tatarstan completed a digital infrastructure upgrade, which affected server capacity, government employee workplaces, email services and video surveillance.
