Tatarstan Ministry of Information and Communications and Bilkent University (Turkey) agree on cooperation

On December 1, during the business trip of Tatarstan delegation led by the President Rustam Minnikhanov to Turkey, a memorandum of understanding and scientific-educational cooperation was signed between Tatarstan Ministry of Information and Communications and Bilkent University (Turkey).
The memorandum stipulates exchange of teachers and administrative personnel, cooperation within the framework of Innopolis project, rendering help to innovative companies – residents of scientific sites in analyzing Russian and Turkish markets and methods of introducing new products and services at the market, assistance in developing business contacts of regional entities of innovative activity with Russian and Turkish partners, and providing scientific-technical, economic and business information.
Students at Gymnasium No. 75 in Kazan took part in an educational session under the "Digital Literacy" project, focusing on topics such as "Pet Protection in the Digital World" and "Harmful tips on Digital Security", which is implemented in support of the national project “Data Economy”.
Tatarstan residents have increased their phone communication by one-third. According to MegaFon, in March 2025, the average person talked on the phone for 4 hours and 49 minutes per month. This year, the average call time has risen to 6 hours and 20 minutes.
