Anatoly Geller takes part in IV Moscow International Congress on Intelligent Transport Systems

IV Moscow International Congress on Intelligent Transport Systems organized by the Union of transport workers of Russia, Transport Committee of State Duma, Transport Committee of Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and with official support of Russian Ministry of Transport and Public Chamber was held in Moscow on November 5.
Tatarstan Deputy Minister of Information and Communications Anatoly Geller spoke at a plenary session “Topical issues of development of intelligent transport systems in Russia” held by First Deputy Chairman of Transport Committee of State Duma and President of the Union of transport workers of Russia Vitaly Efimov.
Russian Deputy Minister of Transport Aleksey Tsydenov also told about development of intelligent transport systems in Russia.

In accordance with the Procedure for providing subsidies from the budget of Tatarstan in 2025 to telecom operators to reimburse costs associated with providing mobile radiotelephone services on sections of the M-12 and M-7 highways located in Tatarstan, approved by Resolution No. 1032 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Tatarstan dated 02.12.2025 (hereinafter referred to as the Procedure) and Order No. p/334 of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications dated 10.12.2025, the deadlines for submitting applications for subsidies from the budget of the republic have been established.
Digital Transformation Centre of Tatarstan reported that in 2025, Tatarstan completed a digital infrastructure upgrade, which affected server capacity, government employee workplaces, email services and video surveillance.
On November 27, "Technopark in the sphere of high technologies "IT Park" and Globus IT, a leading Russian integrator, signed a strategic agreement to establish a joint laboratory for training IT specialists, focused on building project teams for specific business needs. Director of "IT Park" Ruslan Vlasov and CEO of Globus IT Pavel Korotkiy with the support of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization, represented by Deputy Minister of Digitalization of the republic Bulat Gabdrakhmanov signed the document, which lays the foundation for a fundamentally new approach to technology education.
