Development of information and communication technologies discussed at IT-park

On October 21 Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Information and Communications Roman Shaikhutdinov held a meeting with Director General of OAO “Osnova-Telecom” M.V.Petrov on results of performance of the agreement on cooperation in the sphere of information technologies and services in the Republic of Tatarstan between Cabinet of Ministers and OAO “Osnova-Telecom” at Kazan IT-park. Issues of further cooperation were discussed at the meeting.
Digital Transformation Centre of Tatarstan reported that in 2025, Tatarstan completed a digital infrastructure upgrade, which affected server capacity, government employee workplaces, email services and video surveillance.
On November 27, "Technopark in the sphere of high technologies "IT Park" and Globus IT, a leading Russian integrator, signed a strategic agreement to establish a joint laboratory for training IT specialists, focused on building project teams for specific business needs. Director of "IT Park" Ruslan Vlasov and CEO of Globus IT Pavel Korotkiy with the support of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization, represented by Deputy Minister of Digitalization of the republic Bulat Gabdrakhmanov signed the document, which lays the foundation for a fundamentally new approach to technology education.
