Tatarstan citizens are mostly concerned about site improvement and traffic management

In the 3d quarter of 2014 “site improvement” and “traffic management” in “Public control” system were the most popular categories.
As for “site improvement” category, 1937 requests have been sent, 1059 of them have been resolved.
1764 requests have been sent by “traffic management” category, 702 have been resolved.
The Ministry of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities is the moderator of the first category, the Ministry of Transport and Roads is responsible for the second category.

Since September 2024, Tatarstan residents could receive rewards through the "People’s Inspector" app for reporting traffic violations. During this period, over 12,000 reports were submitted across seven paid categories, earning citizens a total of 5.6 million roubles. The top earner was a resident of the republic who submitted 226 reports and received 275,000 roubles. The second-highest earner earned 260,800 roubles for 209 reports.
