Tatarstan President: “At the beginning of next year we will launch Innopolis start-up complex with necessary infrastructure”

On October 9, in his address to Tatarstan State Council Tatarstan President, Rustam Minnikhanov said that new economic growth points, first of all, IT sector, should be developed.
Innopolis is meant to become a Russian centre for training highly skilled specialists, development and commercialization of breakthrough technologies.
“New start-up complex with necessary infrastructure will be launched next year. Our task is to attract top high-tech companies for further innovative development of the country,” Tatarstan President said.
Tatarstan President’s Address to Tatarstan State Council is the guideline that includes priority areas, objectives and targets of Tatarstan development for the short-term and mid-term.
In his address to the State Council Rustam Minnikhanov told about current situation in economic, social and cultural spheres, and defined areas of Tatarstan development.

The Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov approved the decision of Tatarstan government to allocate 55.3 million roubles from the regional budget to support 2,300 employees of rural postal offices in 2026.
A new practice tool for preparing for the USE has been launched on the State Services Portal (Gosuslugi)l. It allows students to reinforce their knowledge and practice solving typical exam tasks.
Since September 2024, Tatarstan residents could receive rewards through the "People’s Inspector" app for reporting traffic violations. During this period, over 12,000 reports were submitted across seven paid categories, earning citizens a total of 5.6 million roubles. The top earner was a resident of the republic who submitted 226 reports and received 275,000 roubles. The second-highest earner earned 260,800 roubles for 209 reports.
