Roman Shaikhutdinov arrives with a working visit in Malaysia

On September 29, Tatarstan delegation led by Minister of Information and Communications Roman Shaikhutdinov arrived with a working visit in Malaysia.
Members of the delegation will take part in a round table meeting with Malaysian ministries and agencies, which are working in BLESS (Business Licensing Electronic Support System).
To the point, at the beginning of this year Xybase company presented BLESS at Kazan IT-park. The system was developed at the initiative of Pemudah working group established by Malaysian Government to decrease the level of bureaucracy within the framework of interaction between government and business.

On November 27, "Technopark in the sphere of high technologies "IT Park" and Globus IT, a leading Russian integrator, signed a strategic agreement to establish a joint laboratory for training IT specialists, focused on building project teams for specific business needs. Director of "IT Park" Ruslan Vlasov and CEO of Globus IT Pavel Korotkiy with the support of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization, represented by Deputy Minister of Digitalization of the republic Bulat Gabdrakhmanov signed the document, which lays the foundation for a fundamentally new approach to technology education.
