Rendering free legal aid to citizens

The Ministry of Information and Communications of the Republic of Tatarstan is a participant of state system of free legal aid and renders legal consulting services within the competence of the ministry.
The ministry’s powers are specified by the Charter of the Ministry of Information and Communications of the Republic of Tatarstan approved by Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers dated as of 06.07.2005 № 318 “Issues of the Ministry of Information and Communications of the Republic of Tatarstan”.
Legal consulting services are rendered on Wednesdays (14.00 – 17.00, 8, Kremlevskaya street, 2nd floor, room 217).

On November 27, "Technopark in the sphere of high technologies "IT Park" and Globus IT, a leading Russian integrator, signed a strategic agreement to establish a joint laboratory for training IT specialists, focused on building project teams for specific business needs. Director of "IT Park" Ruslan Vlasov and CEO of Globus IT Pavel Korotkiy with the support of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization, represented by Deputy Minister of Digitalization of the republic Bulat Gabdrakhmanov signed the document, which lays the foundation for a fundamentally new approach to technology education.
