Innopolis University and Kazan National Research University sign agreement on cooperation

All-Russia engineering festival that include events held during the academic year aimed at promotion of engineering sciences opened in Tatarstan for the first time. The festival is organized by the order of Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev under the auspices of Russian President Vladimir Putin. Special features of the festival are systemic approach to solving set tasks and the opportunity to join up all interested organizations in one place.
Among honoured guests of the event were Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, Deputy Head of the Federal Space Agency Denis Lyskov, Russian Deputy Minister of Education and Science Aleksandr Povalko, Tatarstan Minister of Education and Science Engel Fattakhov, Minister of Industry and Trade Ravil Zaripov, Minister of Information and Communications Roman Shaikhutdinov, Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin, rector of Magdeburg University named after Otto von Guericke professor Jens Strackeljan, and ambassador of Federative republic of Germany to Russia Rüdiger von Fritsch.
On November 27, "Technopark in the sphere of high technologies "IT Park" and Globus IT, a leading Russian integrator, signed a strategic agreement to establish a joint laboratory for training IT specialists, focused on building project teams for specific business needs. Director of "IT Park" Ruslan Vlasov and CEO of Globus IT Pavel Korotkiy with the support of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization, represented by Deputy Minister of Digitalization of the republic Bulat Gabdrakhmanov signed the document, which lays the foundation for a fundamentally new approach to technology education.

On November 22, the Bashir Rameev IT-park hosted the third TATAR SUN IT conference.
This time, the event brought together over 1,000 participants: professional developers, students, business representatives and those shaping the republic's digital future.
