Ministry of Information and Communications is planning to complete construction of five technoparks by 2014

On July 23, at an interdepartmental commission on coordination of activity on creation, functioning, and development of high technology parks chaired by Russian Ministry of Communications and Mass Media Nikolay Nikiforov, results of the programme “Creation of high technology parks in Russian Federation” were summarized, terms and conditions of completion of construction of technoparks were defined.
Participants of the session also discussed measures on increasing efficiency of technoparks.
Employees of the Ministry of Communications and Mass Media, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Education and Science, Ministry of Economic Development, Ministry of Regional Development, and Ministry of Agriculture, representatives of 11 Russian regions took part in the event.
Nikolay Nikiforov told that 13 technoparks, 9 of which are already working, are currently included in the programme. By and large, 300, 000 m² of technoparks were built. 743 resident companies are working there.

The Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov approved the decision of Tatarstan government to allocate 55.3 million roubles from the regional budget to support 2,300 employees of rural postal offices in 2026.
A new practice tool for preparing for the USE has been launched on the State Services Portal (Gosuslugi)l. It allows students to reinforce their knowledge and practice solving typical exam tasks.
Since September 2024, Tatarstan residents could receive rewards through the "People’s Inspector" app for reporting traffic violations. During this period, over 12,000 reports were submitted across seven paid categories, earning citizens a total of 5.6 million roubles. The top earner was a resident of the republic who submitted 226 reports and received 275,000 roubles. The second-highest earner earned 260,800 roubles for 209 reports.
