Make appointment and pay state duty for new foreign passport on the Portal of state services

Using the service on the Portal of state services, you can print out the application form, view the list of needed documents and pay state duty using any bank card, and make appointment with a specialist of the Department of Federal Migration Service.
More than 8, 000 payments were made in April 2014.
