Deputies of Tatarstan State Council pass the law “On introduction of amendments to the Law “On information systems and support of the Republic of Tatarstan”

On February 13, the law “On introduction of amendments to the Law “On information systems and support of the Republic of Tatarstan” was presented by the Minister of Information and Communication to deputies of Tatarstan State Council. Today, deputies passed the law in the second and third readings.
After the first reading, the amendment was made concerning assignment of state institution and state unitary enterprise subordinate to Cabinet of Ministers as the only performer of powers in the sphere of creation, development and use of state information systems of the Republic of Tatarstan.

In accordance with the Procedure for providing subsidies from the budget of Tatarstan in 2025 to telecom operators to reimburse costs associated with providing mobile radiotelephone services on sections of the M-12 and M-7 highways located in Tatarstan, approved by Resolution No. 1032 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Tatarstan dated 02.12.2025 (hereinafter referred to as the Procedure) and Order No. p/334 of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications dated 10.12.2025, the deadlines for submitting applications for subsidies from the budget of the republic have been established.
Digital Transformation Centre of Tatarstan reported that in 2025, Tatarstan completed a digital infrastructure upgrade, which affected server capacity, government employee workplaces, email services and video surveillance.
