Supervision Council of Special Economic Zone “Innopolis” established

In accordance with the Order of Russian Ministry of Economic Development №58 dated February 12, 2014, the membership of Supervision Council of Special Economic Zone “Innopolis” was approved.
The Supervision Council is being established to coordinate activity of authorities and business units on development of the economic zone, expenditure of budget funds allocated for site improvement, and consideration and approval of prospects of the special economic zone. Moreover, the Supervision Council considers applications and business plans of potential residents and recommends them for further consideration.
The Supervision Council is formed of representatives of regional, federal authorities, experts from IT and investment sectors.
The first session of the Supervision Council is to be held in March 2014.
Students at Gymnasium No. 75 in Kazan took part in an educational session under the "Digital Literacy" project, focusing on topics such as "Pet Protection in the Digital World" and "Harmful tips on Digital Security", which is implemented in support of the national project “Data Economy”.
Tatarstan residents have increased their phone communication by one-third. According to MegaFon, in March 2025, the average person talked on the phone for 4 hours and 49 minutes per month. This year, the average call time has risen to 6 hours and 20 minutes.
