Multifunctional centre employees in Tatarstan provided over 2.8 million services in six months
Residents can access 303 types of state and municipal services at the Multifunctional Centers (MFCs) of Tatarstan.
Speaking at a weekly meeting of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization, Director of the Multifunctional Centre of the republic Lenara Muzafarova said that during the first six months of 2026, Multifunctional Centre employees provided over 2.8 million services.
The meeting participants summarized the key results of the Multifunctional Centre work for the half-year:
• New services. Since the beginning of the year, Multifunctionalcentre employees have begun offering 22 new services, including certification of the authenticity of a notary's signature for document legalization and appeals against refusals to issue certificates of participation in the Special Military Operation.
• Support for military personnel. The Multifunctional Centre provides 35 types of support measures for participants of the Special Military Operation and their families. Three additional support measures are planned to be made available to residents.
• Work with foreign nationals. Specialized departments have been opened in Kazan and Nizhnekamsk. Over six months, the branch in the capital of Tatarstan provided 240,800 services, while the office in Nizhnekamsk provided 19,600.
• Employee training. The Multifunctional Centre staff undergo continuous training. Since January, 390 employees have participated in 58 sessions on preventing emotional burnout, developing leadership qualities, motivation, communication skills and other competencies. The MFC also regularly conducts on-site training sessions at branches in the districts of the republic.
• Collaboration with universities and colleges. In 2026, 111 students completed internships at the Multifunctional Centres, and since 2016, more than 700 people have done so.
