Starting from August 1, four major mobile operators — MegaFon, Beeline, T2 and MTS — will provide subscribers with unlimited access to the national Max messenger. Usage of the platform will no longer consume data from tariff plan packages while the user is on the home network.
Now you can always stay in touch with family, make free calls and exchange content without worry. The messenger will continue to operate fully even when data gigabytes run out.
Max is a platform where residents can send messages, make audio and video calls, share files, watch friends' new stories and read public channels without restrictions.
In addition to communication with loved ones, the messenger has become a full-fledged system integrating key services of Tatarstan. Users can resolve everyday issues directly within the app through official chatbots:
The republic's digital navigator aggregates direct links to major state and municipal resources.
The "Gosuslugi of Tatarstan" chatbot with "Max Services for Tatarstan residents" allows users to pay utility bills, check fines, submit requests to "Public Oversight" and find free Wi-Fi hotspots in just a few clicks.
The Multifunctional Centre of Tatarstan bot helps users book appointments at MFC offices, track document readiness status and check branch occupancy.
The "Healthcare of Tatarstan" chatbot is designed for quick doctor's appointments and receiving links from doctors for remote medical consultations.
The integration of convenient and useful services into the Max messenger directly is meeting the aims of the national project "Data Economy".
