Concert of the oldest creative ensembles of Tatarstan and Bashkortostan to take place in Kazan
On June 30, Gorky Central Park of Culture and Leisure will host an open-air concert under the large-scale cultural festival "Dance – the Soul of the People", organized by the company Ufanet and the Fayzi Gaskarov State Academic Folk Dance Ensemble.
An unforgettable evening awaits residents and guests of the capital of Tatarstan– two of the oldest ensembles from the two republics will perform on the same stage: the State Order of Friendship of Peoples Song and Dance Ensemble of Tatarstan and the Fayzi Gaskarov State Academic Folk Dance Ensemble of Bashkortostan.
For decades, these renowned ensembles have carefully preserved and developed the national traditions of their regions, successfully representing the cultural heritage of their peoples both in their home republics and on the largest stages across the country and around the world.
The festival "Dance – the Soul of the People" is aimed at preserving cultural heritage, strengthening interethnic unity and promoting folk art among audiences of all generations.
The festive programme will begin with the opening of themed activity zones and photo areas. Everyone will have the opportunity to get acquainted with folk art and spend a summer evening in an atmosphere of hospitality.
After that, the main concert program will commence, featuring artists whose skill and professionalism are known far beyond Tatarstan and Bashkortostan.
The event will take place on June 30 at Gorky Central Park of Culture and Leisure. The creative programme starts at 6:00 PM, and the concert begins at 7:00 PM. Admission is free.
