Following the business programme, participants are invited to an afterparty to continue networking with speakers and colleagues in an informal setting, discussing ideas and making new professional contacts. The evening’s musical headliner will be Casseta — one of the most prominent performers on the modern Russian scene.

“Today, the IT industry brings together specialists from various fields: from developers and engineers to analysts and digital project managers. Last year, the ‘TATAR SAN’ conference gathered over 1,600 participants. This year, the event will again become a platform for industry representatives to exchange contacts, discuss the main industry challenges and explore collaboration opportunities. An important part of the conference will be the ‘Queen of Code’ hackathon, which will bring together more than 100 female developers from different regions of Russia. Participants will tackle real challenges faced by companies in Tatarstan and compete for a prize fund of 500,000 roubles,” Tatarstan Minister of Digitalization Ilya Nachvin said.

Registration for the hackathon is open until June 22, 2026, on the official website. After submitting an application, participants will receive a test assignment, which will determine the shortlist of finalists for the onsite stage.

The event is organized by Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization, the High-Tech Park "IT Park" and Sber.

The conference meets the strategic goals of the national project "Data Economy and Digital Transformation of the State." The initiative aims for nationwide implementation of artificial intelligence across various sectors.
