More than 800 requests regarding quality of communication services received at Ministry of Information and Communication for 11 months 2013

For 11 months 2013, Tatarstan Ministry of Information and Communication received 843 requests regarding quality of communication services that is 1.2 times less than last year. The number of requests for quality of TV and radio broadcasting services has considerably decreased.
There were more complaints concerning mobile Internet services, quality of wire Internet and postal services. Citizens still worry about lack of access to mobile communication and mobile Internet in some rural areas.
To solve the problems of mobile communication services, operators carry out systematic work on installing new base stations.

In accordance with the Procedure for providing subsidies from the budget of Tatarstan in 2025 to telecom operators to reimburse costs associated with providing mobile radiotelephone services on sections of the M-12 and M-7 highways located in Tatarstan, approved by Resolution No. 1032 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Tatarstan dated 02.12.2025 (hereinafter referred to as the Procedure) and Order No. p/334 of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications dated 10.12.2025, the deadlines for submitting applications for subsidies from the budget of the republic have been established.
Digital Transformation Centre of Tatarstan reported that in 2025, Tatarstan completed a digital infrastructure upgrade, which affected server capacity, government employee workplaces, email services and video surveillance.
